1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sk888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the sk888 website located at https://sk888.biz, its mobile application, or any related gaming services provided by sk888.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the sk888 platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with sk888 and acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full.

2.3 Single Account Per Person

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players

3 Account Registration & Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Valid Bangladesh Passport

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

The use of sk888 accounts to process payments on behalf of third parties, to launder funds, or to circumvent currency controls is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.5 Abuse and Exploitation

Players found to be engaging in such activities will have their accounts permanently suspended.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

sk888 offers live and pre-match sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless sk888 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to an obvious pricing mistake.

sk888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption, in accordance with applicable sports integrity standards.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sk888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using sk888 for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, syndicated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed purely to extract bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the sk888 platform, place bets, or participate in games on your behalf.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to sk888 systems, interfere with platform operations, reverse-engineer software, or introduce malicious code of any kind.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at Player Request

Upon receipt of a closure request, sk888 will process any pending withdrawals of available balance (subject to standard KYC requirements) and close the account within five business days. Once an account has been closed at the player's request, any active bonuses will be forfeited. Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period.

8.2 Suspension or Termination by sk888

sk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• sk888 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
• The player's account activity raises concerns about problem gambling that cannot be resolved through standard responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended or terminated by sk888 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification. Where an account is terminated due to a breach, sk888 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. sk888 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs. This fee will not cause the balance to fall below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

8.4 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets

Any bets or wagers that are open at the time an account is closed or suspended will be settled according to the normal settlement process unless the account closure was the result of fraudulent activity, in which case sk888 reserves the right to void any open bets at its reasonable discretion.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk888 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the sk888 platform or its services. sk888's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sk888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
